What is my order status?

You can check the status of your order in Order Tracking

Pending: You have a pending payment of your order.
Procesing: Your payment has been aproved, it is in the process of fabrication.
Completed: Your oder has been dispatched, it´s ready to leave our warehouse.

Can I make my order a gift?

Yes, write an email to:support@atriomx.com Email subject: Gift Order. In the email message specify the content of the gift letter. If you have another specification, please write it down in the e-mail.

If I want a garment in another color, can you make it?

Delivery and Shipping Time

The estimated arrival time is 5 to 15 working days in México. For express shipping please contact: support@atriomx.comto ship it as soon as possible and quote the extra charge.

In case it is a piece we dont have inmediately in stock, you can PREORDER it. The estimated time is 15 to 30 days.

For US shipping the arrival time is around 14 working days.
