Refunds Policy

Our main objective is for our clients to have complete satisfaction with their purchases. You have until 14 days to make a refund. As long as the product has not been worn and it is the first time you request a purchase.

The refund will be made if:

  • If the product you purchased does not fit you. It is not posible to chamge modelo or color.
    *It is subjected to size availability
  • If the garment is not used and still have the tag.
  • If you have your electronic purchase invoice.
  • If the product has fabrication errors. Studs, rivets or any other detail that may has detach from the garment during the shipping of your order.
  • If you got the wrong item and it does not show signs of wear.

Please let us know of the change as soon as possible to our email: support@atriomx.com, with the title Refunds.
Include the reason why you want a refund, order number and order details (Model, Color, Size).
It is important to attach 3 photographies where it shows the actual state of the product and the packaging.

Your request will be revised and it case it gets approved, you will get an email indicating step by step of the process, as well as a shipping label with the shipping address to return it to. Unless it is explicity explained on the email. When you receive the shipping label, print it and take it to the corresponding shipping company.

Remember that you need to ship the product in its original packaging to keep the same size dimensions. Make sure the package is properly closed with tape. Once you have shipped the item, please let us know via email and we will be monitoring the arrival of the package. Once we receive the package, we wil contact you to let you know the delivery time of your new package. The shipping costs for the refund are paid by customers outside of Mexico. The delivery time of the new package is between 10-12 working days. Only the first refund will be paid by Atrio House for our clients in Mexico. For our clients in USA, the refund shipping costs will be paid by them.

Discounted orders are NOT aplicable for refunds or changes. Also, we only have refund of the physical item.

There will not be refunds in damaged merchandise or worn items, this will be valid during the warranty time.
