Return policy

Our main objective is the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 14 calendar days to exchange it. As long as the product has not been used and it is the first time you request a return for that purchase.

The part will be exchanged if:

  • The purchased product does not fit you and you wish to exchange it. ( This does not apply to model or colour changes)
    *Subject to size availability.
  • The piece is unused, and still has the tag.
  • The electronic ticket is available.
  • If the item has manufacturing defects. Studs, rivets or any detail that has come loose due to the handling of the box during transport.
  • If there is an error in the item sent, as long as it does not show signs of abuse or use.

We ask that you notify us of the change as soon as possible at support@atriomx.com , with the email subject /Changes & Returns/.
Including that you inform us of the reason for the change, the Purchase Order and the details of the product to be returned (Model/Description/Color/Size).
Likewise, it is very important to attach three photographs showing the current state of the product and its packaging, or in the case of a manufacturing error, the details.

Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, you will be sent an email indicating the step-by-step process to follow, as well as an electronic guide with the shipping information. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the email you will receive, upon receiving the electronic guide, you must print it and deliver the product to the indicated courier.

Please remember that you must send your product in its original packaging or in a different package with the same dimensions. Make sure that the box is tightly sealed with adhesive tape. Once you have sent the package, please confirm by email that it has been delivered and we will be on the lookout for the arrival of the merchandise. As soon as we receive the package with the returned product, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify the delivery of your new product.

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer for customers outside of Mexico. The delivery time for the new product will be 10 to 12 business days, once we have the first product to evaluate it. Only the first exchange will be borne by Casa Atrio, for customers in Mexico, in the USA all return costs will be borne by the customer.

Please be careful when trying on your items, as if you wish to return them, they must be in the same condition in which you received them. If the return does not comply with our policies, it will not be accepted.

* Discounted orders are NOT eligible for exchanges or returns. In addition, we only do physical exchanges of the merchandise.

* No changes or returns will be made on merchandise damaged and/or worn out due to normal use, even if it is within the time period established to make the guarantee valid.

* The warranty offered by the Online Store will not be valid for reasons beyond the operation of the product, such as improper use or use not recommended by the manufacturers, liquid spills, fire, abuse in the handling of the product, wear and/or natural defects of some materials in the composition of the product.
